It looks good Karen. On the one I downloaded the formatting was off so you might want to check that out. Thanks for doing that!
Also, for the effective teaching strategies, a teacher at my practicum school gave each of her students an element and everyday instead of checking everyone's homework she would just choose 10 randomly and those elements had to hand in their homework. It was a good way of getting the students to memorize the periodic table.

Remembering the different reactions, neutralization
o Use relationship analogies
§ Mindful to not use names of students
- Balancing chemical equations
o Use legos to show that all atoms need to be balanced
o Stress you cant destroy your compounds
- To remember how to identify pH levels for acid, base, neutral
o Bigger numbers for Basic
- They might raise the issue of how useless naming compounds is
o Raise the dihydrogen monoxide
- To get them engaged in chemical reactions
o Videos of chemical reactions
